SHIPPING POLICY — COZYPECK

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking code.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout on cozypeck.shop.
• Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (Estimated)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 (7 to 15 business days)

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update online. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cozypeck.shop with your name and order number.

4. Multiple Item Packages
To provide you with the best prices and curated household selection, items in the same purchase may be shipped from separate fulfillment facilities and arrive in multiple packages.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
COZYPECK is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon international delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
